Management Consulting & Coaching GmbH was founded in 1999 by Bernd Rau in cooperation with OR Partner and has been operating completely independently on the market since 2005.
Our team combines in-depth expertise with many years of practical experience gained in senior roles in corporate IT, IT service providers and technology providers. This combination of strategic understanding, operational experience and a pragmatic approach enables us to quickly grasp complex challenges and find sustainable solutions.
